Wild Lettuce Tincture

Wild Lettuce (Lactuca virosa) has a long and storied place in traditional herbal medicine. Native to Europe and naturalized throughout North America, it was historically valued for its calming and pain-relieving qualities. In the 19th century, herbalists referred to it as “nature’s opium” due to its mild sedative and analgesic properties—though it contains no opiates. Take 5–10 drops in water, tea, or juice up to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
